Dear Paul,

Back in January my mom died and left my sister and I a house in Tucson that we needed to sell.  I contacted a realtor with Coldwell Banker here in Minnesota and she in turn contacted Thomas Weddingfeld there in your office.

Everyone knows there are lots more crooked and incompetent realtors out there than good ones, but from the start Weddingfeld convinced my sister and I he knew the business and could get the job done.

I know Tucson, have lived there on and off for 40 years, and I'd done some research and estimated the house was worth about $135,000.  Weddingfeld thought it was worth more.  I was skeptical, but in five days he had a signed offer for $150,000.  Obviously my sister and I were overjoyed, and that quick sale in itself would be enough to praise Weddingfeld.

There's a lot more to it than that, however.  My sister and I live nearly 2,000 miles apart and both of us are 2,000 from Tucson.  Thomas jumped in and took care of everything, inspections, estimates, and work that needed to be done.  He was a treasure of knowledge, good judgment and valuable advice.  He coordinated a difficult sale long distance, overcame endless unexpected problems and closed the deal.  He arranged to have furniture in the house given to charity and even helped carry it out.  Weddingfeld is a super realtor and a fine man.  He's a credit to Coldwell Banker and the Tucson community, and if you have any more people like him on your team you are lucky indeed.
